Incentive Development, LLC was founded by Mario F. Cirignani.
Mr. Cirignani’s is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Georgia; he graduated from The John Marshall Law School in June of 1984. After building and expanding his law firm to several states, Cirignani formed a company that solely researched and recovered incentives available to land and business owners. As the business grew, so did his list of satisfied clients and Cirignani was asked to do more. Utilizing his vast experience in all matters real estate, he formed Incentive Development, LLC.
While we still unite individuals and businesses with unknown grants, incentives and entitlements. We also provides real estate professionals who face the daunting task of creating a complete, consistent and captivating big picture with consultation services from due diligence through final disposition. Clients value our ability to assist them with a broad range of services.
While we are not providing legal services, we use our background, training and experience to search thousands and thousands of records and programs to provide clients every benefit and incentive they are entitled to obtain.
